2. Workout: If you choose to workout on a regular basis, you will be able to maintain a good figure in no time. Weight loss will not be a tough deal if you are into building figure. Also, you will be active and physically fit. However, you should learn appropriate exercise techniques and then only implement them in your daily lifestyle.  You can also give a try to cardio exercise because that helps in burn fat faster.

3. Rest: Once you are done with your workout it is necessary for you to take a rest for a while because it will let your body muscles recover and develop the way you want.  Also, never over train yourself because it can cause negative impact to your body muscles.
