It has been shown by several studies that you can expect of lengthening your life significantly by losing weight and burning body fat. Being completely aware of how critical and life threatening it is to live with obesity can do a lot to your level of motivation, both to burn fat and keep it off.

Secondly, a vast majority of overweight people only stick to temporary weight loss goal. It is upsetting how they often ignore the long term aspect. They choose to prefer dieting which is nothing more than starving yourself and hurting your body unnecessarily. Actually, dieting is not bad either but people hardly ever prefer dieting the way it is supposed to be.
