There are many fitness products available in the market that claim to be the best. However, not all products are able to deliver the results they promise. One product that has failed to meet the expectation of many people is Shake Weight. Even though Shake Weight claims to give its users lean, sculpted arms and shoulders not many were happy with the results.
One reason why Shake Weight fails to meet the expectation of people is because Shake Weight does not provide for movement of the chest, shoulders, back and arm muscles. Also, the muscles of the triceps and biceps are amongst the smallest muscles in the body. Even if you exercise them regularly they provide little stimulus to growth and strengthening of muscles.
Many people claim that they feel movement in the shoulders and arms. However, feeling does not imply that you are making optimum use of these muscles. For instance, when you twist your leg you feel pain. This pain does not mean that you are benefiting from the twist.
Another factor that you should consider when buying Shake Weight is that there is no research to prove the claim of the manufacturers. If manufacturers can prove that their product is better than the products available in the market, they should provide this information to the public.
So if you are planning to buy Shake Weight, it is a good idea to compare it with other products available in the market.
